Make space in your calendars on Friday 1st March 2013 to attend the Australian Digital Alliance copyright forum in Canberra. The ADA forum is an all-day event looking at new developments and topical issues in innovation, enhancement and access to copyright content. This year's forum saw record numbers attend to hear a keynote address from prominent US academic Professor of Information, Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, Pamela Samuelson and participate in panel sessions spanning a range of copyright developments.
Over the next month we'll be releasing information about the 2013 forum theme, keynote speakers and panel topics, as well as venue details, payment and updates on pre-forum events. The 2013 ADA Forum comes at an important moment in Australian copyright law reform, with the Australian Law Reform Commission due to deliver its report on the Inquiry into Copyright and the Digital Economy in November 2013.
We look forward to seeing you all at the ADA forum on 1 March 2013 here in Canberra – watch this space for further updates!
