Joint submission in response to the Productivity Commission Bilateral and Regional Trade Agreements draft research report

The ADA and the ALCC call for greater transparency where trade treaties call for changes to our copyright law.

This joint submission by the ADA and the Australian Libraries Copyright Committee (ALCC) in response to the Productivity Commission’s draft research report into Bilateral and Regional Trade Agreements. It gives consideration to the negotiation of the Australia–United States Free Trade Agreement (AUSFTA) and its impact on the balance of Australian copyright law.
